FOSTER (WSH) Training Centre is the training arm of the Workplace Safety and Health Division for FOSTER Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.

We are a Ministry of Manpower (MOM) approved Accredited Training Provider (ATP) to conduct selected Occupational Safety and Health training courses under the new Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA).

Since 1^st March 2006, the WSHA requires all individuals to cultivate good safety habits so as to engender a strong safety culture for workplaces in Singapore. It also emphasizes the importance of managing Workplace Safety and Health proactively by requiring stakeholders to take reasonably practicable measures to ensure the safety and health of workers and other people that are affected by the work being carried out.

At FOSTER (WSH) Training Centre, we are committed “to fostering better Workplace Safety and Health awareness and culture” through our training methods in educating the general workforce about the Do’s and Don’ts in their various workplaces. We do not simply impart knowledge; we want our would-be students to inculcate these knowledge to their everyday work practices for the benefit of their respective employers and for their own safety and families.

Our trainers are all MOM-registered WSH Officers and are highly competent and qualified, with years of experiences in the required industries, such as construction, marine and oil/petrochemical and would serve as excellent mentors to all our would-be students.

FOSTER (WSH) Training Centre will also continuously collaborate with MOM to ensure that our Occupational Safety and Health courses stay current and satisfactory to their requirements and in compliance with WSHA and subsidiary legislations.
